This is a really good anti-bloating drink and apparently helps in losing belly fat. We’ve been trying them on an alternate-day basis for a week now and I must say, it definitely reduces the bloating. Regarding the belly fat, well, let’s just say that drinking this alone won’t help; it depends on your diet too!
The Sassy Water Recipe
– 2 liters water
– 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
– 1 med cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
– 1 med lemon, thinly sliced
– 12 fresh spearmint leaves / 1 tsp dried mint
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight. Drink the entire pitcher by the end of each day.
